User Agreement Following is a summary of the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made from www.cashregisters.com.au. Your use of this site is subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Orders and Delivery

We deliver directly to your nominated street address throughout Australia via our nominated courier. If an alternative delivery method is to be used, you shall be contacted and informed of the delivery date and delivery method. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for delivery after placing your order. Delays outside our control may be experienced. An additional delivery charge may be applicable if the goods cannot be received at your address and require re-delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by www.cashregisters.com.au to be authorised to receive the goods.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?Because we need to have someone present to sign for the delivery, we can’t accept PO Boxes on the order

Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. On processing your order, we must authorize the full amount of the payment, plus and freight charges. www.cashregisters.com.au are opffering free deliveruy at the moment. Your credit card will be debited at the time of order. Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to www.cashregisters.com.au is secure and data protected as it travels over the internet. We are unable to accept COD charges.

 

Products
All our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly at time of dispatch. www.cashregisters.com.au will not be held liable for goods damaged in transit.

 

Returns and Refunds
Goods will be accepted for return only if you have been shipped the incorrect goods, or the goods are faulty. Notification for return must be received within 14 days in writing by email, letter or fax. All refund applications will be carefully considered and given at the discretion of the Company Management. A "Goods Return Authority" will be issued for all goods to be returned and must be on all documentation for goods to be accepted back into our store. All goods returned will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Goods will not be accepted after 30 days. Goods will only be accepted if they are in an unused and re-saleable condition in original packaging. For goods returned where the incorrect item has been supplied the freight charges will be met by www.cashregisters.com.au. Documentation must contain original invoice number and GRA claim number. For goods returned to www.cashregisters.com.au where the goods are faulty a detailed description is required with accompanying documentation. www.cashregisters.com.au will arrange to forward to supplier for replacement/repair under warranty.

 

Resolving Disputes and Cancellations
If you have a dispute with www.cashregisters.com.au over the operation of this website, please let us know by calling 1300 725 311 and we will try and resolve the problem quickly. If you have a dispute about goods obtained, contact us for assistance. www.cashregisters.com.au will not accept returned goods unless required under the Trade Practices Act.

Acknowledges that these terms and conditions and any invoice constitutes a security agreement for the purposes of PPSA Grants a security interest to www.cashregisters.com.au for all Goods (and their proceeds) previously supplied by www.cashregisters.com.au to the Buyer (if Any) and in all future Goods (and their proceeds) supplied by www.cashregisters.com.au to the buyer.
Acknowledges that www.cashregisters.com.au may register its security interest in the Goods (and their proceeds) as a purchase money security interest to the register.
Will execute documents and do such further acts and provide such further information as may be required by www.cashregisters.com.au to enable registration of the security interest granted to www.cashregisters.com.au in relation to the register of perfect or correct any registration.
All of the enforcement provisions of Chapter 4 of th4e PPS Act apply to all of the security interests created under or referred to in these terms, except as excluded by the following:

Section 95 (notice of removal of accession), to the extent that it requires us to give a notice to you
